Two bedrooms house on Mantion road lake access

I want to present you a house just listed located between Panajachel and San Antonio Palopo, on mantion road. Mantion Road is the área of most appreciation on the lake.

From the bedroom you have a great view of Volcano San Pedro and Sunsets as it is on the top floor. And from the bed you have fanstactics views. It is a very cosy room with a lot of wood. And it has also its ensuite bathroom with a tub,

At the first level of the house you have an extra bedroom just under the living room accesible from the outside. The separate access makes it practical if you have guests. As it has its full bathroom you can also eventually rent it separately as well.
