Fly to Lake Atitlan and Land closet to your property

 

Let’s fly to lake Atitlan by plane.

 

 

 For that we will use my friend’s plane Thierry, a small mono motor  that he storages in his own hangar at Baya’s of Santiago .

It is a Green flat landing strip and we take off right in front of the volcano San Pedro.

 

After a perfect take off , it is fun and beautiful to be flying above the lake. After some circles we are coming back and you can see the landing on this video.

 

You can appreciate the air strip with the streets of the development to the right are the houses and to the blue dot the club house with the 2 tennis court.

 

The landing process obliges you to fly along with the volcano San Pedro and after a right turn, you start your approach for landing.

 

 

 

You need to have an experienced pilot because the airstrip is going up and we are at high altitude so better not miss it.

And my friend Thierry from Hotel Lomas de Tzununa, beautiful hotel hanging above the lake with best views, he is very experienced for that matter.

 We can see coming down the airstrip and to our right we will see the tennis court with a social club that will have also a nautic club for wáter ski and things like that.

We have to the right of the landing Strip the streets where some houses are dispersed into the forest.  Still not too many houses have been build so it is the occasion to get in. We have lots smaller than 2,000 m2 for 11,000 US$ and the biggest one 3.74 acres for  $ 86,000. In between, we have distributed between several Street lots between $ 18,000, $ 20,000.

We can build you a house in less then 6 months with a small pool that can be financed as well.

So you can own a 2 bedrooms  house in Lake Atitlan for less then $ 150,000.
