Investing in Guatemala, Lake Atitlan real estate might be a challenge
as you don't have the regular activities people expect of a retirement, resort
place.. (no golf, no theater, no high end restaurant...) but great sports oriented activities
like this one. May not be for all publics but neither to say a great spectacle
to watch... So take your boat and look for the kite surfers.
